Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Karmyug Techzone's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

4. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Full refund within 7 days of enrollment if no classes have been attended
• 50% refund within 15 days if less than 25% of the course has been completed
• No refund after 15 days or if more than 25% of the course has been completed
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing with valid reasons

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, notes, presentations, and software, are the intellectual property of Karmyug Techzone. Students are not permitted to distribute, share, or resell these materials without written permission.

6. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Maintain professional behavior at all times
• Respect the rights and dignity of others
• Not engage in any form of harassment or discrimination
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
• Not use the institute's facilities for illegal activities

7. Placement Assistance

While we provide placement assistance, we do not guarantee job placement. Our placement cell will make best efforts to connect students with potential employers, but final selection depends on the student's performance and employer requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Karmyug Techzone or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website, even if we or our authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
